I am crazy about the racehorse Phar Lap. I have been interested in him since I was 14 years old. Therefore I also created these drawings with Phar Lap. He has always be the one and only for me. He gives me inspiration, energy and hope when I am down.

Hey! Thanks for the fav on my pharlap drawing :D :D :D I am also a huge fan of Big Red :P I've got a huge book all about him that I bought YEARS ago... Its got details on every race he went in, his entire life story, and bloodlines going back generations. I even discovered that MY horse has a couple of the same horses in her lines!! I was UBER excited! lol! She's QH though, so they're a couple generations back...

Anywho, thanks again :D :D

Wow, that is good to know:) Phar Lap was a real freak! So maybe your horse turns out like him...who knows?

I have sever books on him too and to tell you the truth, I am intentidng to write a book on him too, because in my country, nothing about him has been ever published:)

Oh wow! really? NOTHING AT ALL?! YOU SO SHOULD!! =D That'd be great! =D Good luck with it!

My horse is 21, and would be short in comparrison to PharLap because of her quarterhorse and arab breeding, but she's gorgeous. And she has a great temperament.

Yeh Pharlap was somewhat a freak, but in a good way =D he was amazing!
